Terms of Use
Draft Terms of Use — These proposed Terms are not effective and have not been approved by counsel. They do not currently create an agreement. Do not deploy an acceptance control that points to this Draft as though it were effective.
These proposed terms are limited to the public pages at enpasse.ai and demo inquiries. They do not grant access to the Enpasse assessment workspace or govern product use, client evidence, paid services, or support.
What the public site does
The public website describes Enpasse and the product we’re building for QSA firms. Visitors can email the team to arrange a demo. Product direction is informational and does not establish general availability.
Arranging a demo
The demo link opens your email application with hello@enpasse.ai as the recipient. You choose whether to send the message. Clicking the link or sending an inquiry does not confirm a meeting, create product access, or accept these draft terms.
What an inquiry means
A demo inquiry is non-binding. It does not guarantee evaluation access, selection, a price, an access date, a feature, or a service level. The team will discuss current availability and limitations with your firm.
Information you must not submit
Do not send payment account data, client information, assessment evidence, credentials, or other sensitive information through the public website or demo email. Use information you are authorized to provide. An inquiry does not itself create a nondisclosure agreement; wait for applicable agreements and an approved transfer method before sharing confidential information.
Separate agreements govern evaluation and product use
A demo inquiry does not create a product licence, workspace account, service commitment, or right to process client information. Any evaluation or product use requires separate applicable agreements covering its scope, commercial terms, data handling, security, and responsibilities. These draft public terms do not supply those commitments.
Use of the public site
Do not misuse the public website, impersonate another person, misrepresent your authority, interfere with the site, or attempt to access non-public systems or records.
Privacy
The draft Privacy Notice describes the public website, Framer hosting, and email demo contact. It is not effective and is not a data processing agreement for the product or client information.
Dates, versions, and changes
These Terms have no effective date.
