Deliver faster.
Defend every decision.
Every assessment the firm runs, on one list, one press from its next step. Every call in it carries a person's name and a date.
Many assessments at once.
One way back in.
A firm runs many assessments at once. Each row shows its stage in the words used inside it, and Continue opens the lead's next step.
- 1 pageto create an assessment: client, entity type, report, dates, lead, QA reviewer, independence answers and how it runs
- 30 daysof notice before a PCI credential lapses, to its holder and every admin
- 3 yearsevery record kept, History and chats included, in the evidence and workpapers download
- 0pieces of work held when the firm uses more seats than its plan
Same method,
every lead
Sign off Assess waits on the same nine gates, whoever leads. Each one names what is left and who can fix it.
One firm,
one record
Admin runs the firm, a recorded credential makes a member eligible, and being named on an assessment opens it. Nobody sets permissions.
The firm's year
on one wall
Every assessment moves through the same stages, and each step is a named person's act. Lay those acts end to end and the year draws itself.
Pick a person to see what they lead and what they review.
Drawn only from History: nothing is forecast, scored or timed. The wall stops at today, because Enpasse never guesses when an assessment will finish.
Type the date.
The lead list follows.
Only admins record credentials. Whoever may lead follows from them.
Credentials decide
who may lead
A current QSA credential leads; a QSA, AQSA or PCIP credential reviews. Only admins record them, and a lapse is flagged to its holder and every admin 30 days ahead.
Deactivating someone hands over every assessment they lead or review in one act, each stamped in History. A lead row only goes to a current QSA. Seats follow the credentials admins record, and going over the plan never blocks work.
QA that stands up
to review
Every report passes QA by someone who took no part in it. The pass records the version, the reviewer's credential and what QA covered.
Seats follow credentials.
Work never stops.
Counted from the credentials admins record. Going over never blocks work.
Launch prices, in US dollars, on an annual plan: $2,000 per QSA seat, $500 per non-QSA seat and $2,000 per ROC run with AI. Without AI is included. Prices will change after launch. Pricing
