Security notes
Read only, text only, one assessment.
One assessment per connectionOne client's file can't pull another's.
Each connection is bound to the one assessment its person picked. File text is read as data, never as instructions, so words inside a client file cannot reach another assessment.Rechecked on every callThe person, the AI mode and the lead's allow.
Every request checks again that the person is still allowed, that the assessment's AI mode allows assistants, and that the lead's switch is on. A change takes effect from the next request.Text onlyNever original files.
An assistant receives passages, results and notes as text, never the files themselves. Sensitive text is masked before it leaves Enpasse.A signed-in person allows itTheir own Allow, after two-step sign-in.
The connection starts on Enpasse's own page, with the person's two-step sign-in and their own Allow. The server refuses every write.Short-lived accessShort tokens, ends after 30 days.
Access tokens are short-lived and refresh tokens rotate. Every connection ends by itself after 30 days, and disconnecting ends it from the next request.Plain about limitsWhat an assistant does next is outside Enpasse.
Enpasse records what it sent, for whom and when. It cannot see what an assistant does with what it received.
Questions
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to an app and read from it. Enpasse runs an MCP server, so an assistant your firm allows can read one assessment you pick.
Which assistants can connect?
Claude and ChatGPT first, and assistants that run on your computer, such as Claude Code. Your firm chooses which ones, and which people, may connect.
Can the assistant change or decide anything?
No. The server refuses every write. Results, findings and decisions stay with a named person in Enpasse.
Is my question recorded?
No. History records the items and versions sent, for whom and when, never the question or the search words. Enpasse answers from its own search and file text.
Does the client know?
The lead turns integrations on for an assessment only after telling the client, and records the date. An assistant the firm allows later waits until the lead records that too.
What happens when I disconnect?
The connection ends from its next request, and its History lines stay. The assistant keeps what it already received.
Does it work on an assessment that runs without AI?
No. An assessment without AI refuses every assistant and is never named to one.
Can it read a second assessment?
Only its client, stage and progress. To read another assessment, connect again and pick it, with its own Allow.
